It’s been a great start to Spring at the Green Bean. We just installed our brand new pastry case (out with the old and in with the new) which now displays Bob’s quiches and will soon have our tasty (and gluten-free) Quinoa Pilaf just in time for the nicer weather. Our dear friend John Eidson put his tools to work on Easter Sunday to install our new piece of equipment, and we hope you come by soon to see it sparkle and shine.
We’ve also been enjoying the beautiful Seattle weather lately at the Bean, where we had to take advantage of the photo opportunity in the sunshine. Happy Spring!
